ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly dynamic and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support our Senior Vice President of Learning and Operations in driving training delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and client success. This role requires a unique blend of technical aptitude, exceptional communication skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the SVP, managing operational workflows and cross-functional coordination with minimal supervision. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Support & Coordination

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the SVP - Learning and Operations, managing calendars, scheduling meetings with clients, partners, trainers, and internal teams 
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for client reviews, operational meetings, and leadership discussions 
  • Act as the primary liaison between the SVP and training teams, delivery managers, content developers, and client stakeholders 
  • Coordinate logistics for training programs, client visits, and operational reviews across multiple locations and time zones 

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports on training delivery, learner progress, and operational performance 
  • Develop and implement efficient tracking systems for commitments, action items, and follow-ups 
  • Generate analytics and insights from learning platform data to support decision-making 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Sales teams on client requirements, training proposals, and engagement scope 
  • Collaborate with Content Development teams on curriculum updates and new technology additions 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. An MBA will be an added advantage 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, program management, learning administration, or executive assistance in technology/training organizations 
  • Understanding of software technologies, programming concepts, and enterprise training ecosystems 

Technical Skills

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand technologies like Java, Python, Cloud, AI/ML, Data Science, DevOps, etc. 
  • Expert-level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and development environments

REPORTING STRUCTURE

This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President - Learning and Operations and works closely with Training Delivery Managers, Content Development Teams, Client Success Managers, and Operations Teams.
