Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring accuracy and preventing overstocking or stockouts.
• Implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure all warehouse equipment is maintained and operated safely.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
• Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking goods and productivity.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and stock movements.
• Develop strategies for continuous improvement of warehouse operations.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control systems.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if required).
