Job Title: Manager – ITDepartment: Enterprise ITExperience Required: 10+ yearsLocation: GurugramReporting To: Head of IT / Global Leader – Enterprise IT

Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned IT Manager to lead and evolve our enterprise IT infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of the organization's systems, while driving innovation through technology evaluation and vendor partnerships. The candidate will play a strategic leadership role in managing cross-functional IT teams, streamlining service delivery, and enabling digital resilience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full scope of IT infrastructure: Servers, VMware virtualization, SAN/NAS storage, AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN
Ensure uptime, scalability, and capacity optimization across systems
Manage advanced network operations: VLANs, HPE/Aruba LAN/WAN, FortiGate firewalls
Administer secure access: Cloudflare ZTNA, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Lead endpoint security operations using Trend Micro Cloud One and centralized patching via ManageEngine
Maintain backup systems and disaster recovery readiness; conduct periodic failover testing
Lead people management across the IT operations team, ensuring training, performance reviews, and morale
Manage vendor relationships, contract evaluations, and service-level negotiations
Drive technology evaluations, pilots, and proof-of-concepts for IT transformation and future-readiness
Handle incident resolution, escalation, root-cause analysis, and IT service delivery metrics
Ensure audit readiness and compliance with ISO27001:2022, NIST, and internal data protection policies
