Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee implementation, Enhancement, Support and lifecycle management of pharma-relevant enterprise applications: ERP (MS D365 BC), CRM, LIMS, and DMS.
Ensure systems are validated and compliant with industry regulations
Coordinate with cross-department stakeholders for strategic IT planning and change management.
Manage application vendors, support SLAs, and internal helpdesk for prompt resolution.
Manage IT infrastructure including on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
Lead infrastructure modernization projects including data center upgrades, virtualization, and secure remote access.
Lead periodic audits (internal and external) for IT systems, ensuring readiness and documentation.
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption.
Ensure robust network security, data privacy, and disaster recovery systems.

Preferred candidate profile

In-depth knowledge of pharma operations: R&D, QA/QC, manufacturing, and supply chain
Application lifecycle management, IT infrastructure strategy, cybersecurity
Strong stakeholder engagement and team management
Should be experienced in SOP creation (Pharma Sector is Preferable) and ensure that it is followed.
Excellent communication, documentation, and project execution skills
