Executive / Senior Executive - Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of 11KV/ 66 KV Substation equipments like Transformers, HT Panels including vacuum / SF6 circuit breaker, CT, PT & protective relays. Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Diesel Generator sets & Synchronization /AMF panels. Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Low voltage equipments like PCC, MPDB, MLDB, APFC, MLDB, MCC Panels with Air circuit breakers & other protective relays. Design, implement, and improve electrical facilities and systems for commercial, industrial, and utility purposes. Prepare specification and selection of all type cables, switchgears, relays, capacitors and other materials required for electrification works. Direct and coordinate construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements. Handling process measurement and control instrumentation services for functional operation of equipment’s and instruments to deliver without interruption in manufacturing process. Prepare annual maintenance schedules and reducing equipment’s breakdown. Prepare and updated all equipment’s standard operation procedure as per regular interval, also give sop and other required training to staff and workers to perform the duty as per GMP requirement. To preserve and ensure the availability of critical spares of all equipment and maintain the consumable stock. To make daily and monthly power consumption report. Handling new projects & co-ordinate with consultant & contractor for project accomplishment. Confer with engineers, customers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products. Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks. Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish construction and installation standards and specifications. Plan and implement methodologies and procedures to apply principles of electrical theory to engineering projects. Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment and/or the solicitations of labour. Supervise and train project team members as necessary. Oversee project construction efforts to assure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget. Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements. Investigate customer complaints, determine nature and extent of problem, and recommend remedial measures. Plan layout of electric power generating infrastructure, distribution lines, transmission lines and substations. Assist in developing capital project programs for new equipment and major repairs. Develop budgets, estimate labour, material, and construction costs. Compile data and write reports regarding existing and potential engineering studies and projects. Conduct field surveys and study maps, graphs, diagrams, and other data to identify and correct power system problems. Job Location: Bus transportation facility available from Ahmedabad, Kalol & Kadi
