Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer with 3–5 years of experience, preferably
from a refrigerator/freezer manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible
for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production and utility equipment to
ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery used in
refrigerator/freezer manufacturing.
• Maintain assembly line machines, test rigs, compressors, and utilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain proper maintenance data acquisition, record keeping, and
documentation.
• Support production teams to resolve machine-related issues quickly.
• Execute maintenance schedules and improvement initiatives.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports and update management regularly.
Required Skills
• Experience in refrigerator/freezer manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
• Knowledge of assembly line equipment, compressors, and utilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email, maintenance software).
