Job Description

Job responsibilities:

Installation and commissioning of utility in plant
Installation and commissioning of production machine in plant
Handling mechanical and Electrical maintenance
Implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance
Implementation of maintenance system in organization
Support in system audits.
Building maintenance of plant.
Maintain critical machines spares & inventory control of plant maintenance
To prepare document as per IATF 16949, 45001 and 1400 and pollution Control board.
Set up TPM system
Set up Preventive Maintenance system
Train and develop Maintenance personnel.
Participation is Suggestion scheme, Kaizens and Quality circles
Participate and improve safety culture.
To ensure ENMS, SA8000 , ISMS, EHS & QMS requirements are maintained & continuously improved.
To ensure maintaining risk assessment , HIRA, Aspect Impact & energy review.
To ensure compliance obligation related to their process & awareness on ENMS , SA8000, ISMS, EHS & QMS requirements.

Key competencies:

1.Knowledge of Robotics and SPM machine.(weld shop ,sheet metal indus)

2. Basic Knowledge in PLC programming and automation.

3.Knowledge in utility such as Screw compressor, DG Set, Pumping system, and starters.

4.Knowledge of machine manual reading and tracing.
