The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing mechanical components and systems, with a focus on precision machining and automation in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, analyze, and develop mechanical systems and components used in CNC and HMC machines. Work closely with the CNC programming team to ensure the design specifications align with machining capabilities. Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to VNC, CNC, and HMC systems and provide solutions. Collaborate with production teams to optimize machining processes and enhance operational efficiency. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design schematics, maintenance guides, and standard operating procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Support the development and integration of automation processes in the production system. Provide technical support and training to operators and other staff as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ ITI & Diploma Proven experience (1-3 years) working with VNC, CNC, and HMC systems in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and material properties. Familiarity with CAM software and CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code). Knowledge of automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing techniques is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Desirable Skills: Experience with process optimization and lean manufacturing. Knowledge of machining centers and precision measurement techniques. Familiarity with quality control systems and standards.

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Department: Maintenance / Engineering Location: Shirwal, Pune Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: For Utility Maintenance: Perform regular preventive and predictive maintenance of utilities like compressors, chillers, DG sets, HVAC, water systems, and electrical panels. Monitor and maintain uninterrupted utility supply for production lines. Diagnose and troubleshoot breakdowns of utility equipment to minimize downtime. Maintain records of maintenance schedules, breakdown logs, and service reports. Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations related to utility systems. Coordinate with vendors for AMC and spare parts management. For CNC/VMC Maintenance: Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC, and SPM machines. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in machines and carry out necessary repairs. Maintain backup and restore machine programs and parameters as needed. Conduct root cause analysis for frequent breakdowns and suggest corrective measures. Maintain proper documentation of breakdown history, spare consumption, and maintenance schedules. Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for critical maintenance support and spare management. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machine troubleshooting and utilities maintenance. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Knowledge of PLC programming (basic) will be an added advantage. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong commitment to safety and preventive maintenance practices. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Diploma / B.E. / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fitter Engineering. Experience: 25 years for junior level. Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or engineering industries preferred. Reporting To: Maintenance Manager / Maintenance Supervisor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Machine uptime percentage. Reduction in breakdown frequency and downtime. Timely execution of preventive maintenance schedules. Cost control in maintenance activities. Compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
