Utility System Management: Maintain and troubleshoot utility systems (e.g., compressed air, coolant systems, electrical supply, Air Compressor, Lubrication System, Chiller/Temperature Control System, Coolant System, Compressed Air System and hydraulic systems) Ensure proper functionality of utilities essential for machine operations. Identify and resolve utility-related failures affecting machine uptime. 3. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and operational guidelines for CNC machinery, utility systems and implement of LOTO. Ensure that all maintenance procedures comply with company policies and industry standards. Work closely with the safety team to address potential hazards and risks related to equipment and machinery. Qualifications: • Education: B.E or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance of CNC machinery, preferably VMC machines. Experience with troubleshooting and repairing CNC control systems, mechanical components, and utility systems. Familiarity with machine tools, hydraulic systems, and electrical control systems. • Skills: Strong understanding of CNC VMC machine operations and maintenance. Knowledge of PLC systems, electrical wiring diagrams, and Maintenance CNC, VMC. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, or CNC, VMC, SPM, HVAC, UTILITY
