Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

Design and review civil, structural & architectural elements for various projects.
Prepare and validate piling foundation designs and construction methodologies.
Develop BOQ, tender documentation, drawings, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with on-site teams for HVAC installation, layout adjustments, and design modifications as per site conditions.
Conduct quality and safety checks to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
Use AutoCAD and 3D visualization tools for detailed engineering drawings and design presentations.
Support cost control and value engineering exercises to optimize designs.

Technical / Professional Competencies:-

Strong knowledge in Civil, Structural & Architectural design.
Expertise in Piling foundation design & execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, Revit if applicable).
Understanding of HVAC systems, installation, and on-site design changes.
Experience with BOQ preparation & tender documentation.
Safety training and adherence to construction safety standards.

Qualifications:-

Diploma in Civil.
Relevant industry certifications.
Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
