Manager - HR Operations

Job Description: As an HR professional, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals. You will need to maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations and provide guidance to relevant personnel on legal requirements. Managing employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will oversee performance management processes, guide managers and employees, and lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires. Mentoring and developing HR staff will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with organizational goals - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations - Manage employee relations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts - Maintain and update HR systems, manage employee data, and ensure data integrity - Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers and employees - Lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires - Mentor and develop HR staff, providing guidance and support in their duties - Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, enhance efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor and analyze HR metrics, generate reports, and track progress and success - Manage HR budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in HR management or a related field - Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution effectively - Experience in performance management and recruitment processes - Strong leadership and mentoring abilities - Analytical skills to monitor HR metrics and generate reports,
