Job Description

Operational Management: Oversee the daily production of baked goods, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to recipes and standards. Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise bakery staff, ensuring they are competent and motivated. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and track costs to minimize waste and maintain optimal stock levels. Financial Management: Manage budgets, track costs, and ensure the bakery is profitable. Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards for baked goods and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints. Product Development: Develop and implement new menu items and recipes, keeping up with trends and customer preferences. Sales and Marketing: Implement strategies to increase sales and customer traffic, including promotions and special events. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the bakery complies with all relevant regulations, including food safety and labor laws. Problem-solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise in a timely and efficient manner. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
