Job Description

Food Preparation: Prepares dishes according to recipes, ensuring quality and consistency. Supervision and Management: Oversees kitchen staff, delegates tasks, and provides training. Scheduling and Staffing: Manages staff schedules, may assist with hiring, and ensures proper staffing levels. Inventory and Supply Management: Tracks inventory, orders food and supplies, and ensures proper storage and handling. Menu Planning: Assists with menu development, may contribute new recipes or dishes. Food Safety: Enforces food safety standards and ensures compliance with regulations. Administrative Tasks: May handle administrative duties like ordering, invoicing, and tracking food costs. Kitchen Organization: Maintains a clean and organized workspace, ensuring efficient workflow. Quality Control: Ensures dishes meet quality standards and are presented attractively. Problem Solving: Resolves kitchen-related issues and provides support to the executive chef. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025
