Manager - HR Operations

- We are seeking a skilled HR Operations Manager with 7-10 years of experience to oversee HR processes and ensure smooth operations across the organization.
- The role involves facilitating onboarding, handling employee relations, managing HR policies, and organizing engagement activities.- The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR metrics, policy design, and employee development programs.Roles and Responsibilities:- Facilitate onboarding processes to integrate new hires effectively, including orientation and training.- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, concerns, or queries.- Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and resolve workplace issues to foster a positive environment.- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and employee development plans.- Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees.- Design, implement, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization.- Organize employee engagement activities, including team-building events, recognition programs, and well-being initiatives.Skills and Qualifications Required:- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or a related field.- 7-10 years of experience in HR operations and processes.- Proficiency in HR software tools and database management.- Strong data analytics skills using tools like Excel or Power BI to analyze HR metrics.- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.- Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
