Job Description

As a Service Delivery Manager, your role will involve managing HR operations for the staff deployed at the client's site. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, handling client queries, and maintaining day-to-day interactions with them. Additionally, you will address employees" grievances at the client's site and collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies. Your duties will also include recruitment, onboarding, and documents verification processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage HR operations for the staff deployed at the client's site - Liaise with clients, handle client queries, and interact with clients on a daily basis - Address employees" grievances at the client's site - Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies - Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and documents verification processes Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate - Good communication skills and e-mail ethics - Proficiency in MS Office with a good command of MS Excel features such as Vlookup, Pivot Table, Filters, Sorting, data merge, datasheets management - Open to travel Please note that this is a full-time job with the work location being in person.,
