Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy in close collaboration with HR Head
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and employee benefits.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Employee grievance management, skip level interviews
  • Other employee life cycle activities like Exit management and BGV process
  • Coordinate with regional HR members in different countries and work closely with them on HR operations activities
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Preparation of MIS reports and present the same as and when needed
  • Any other HR activities assigned from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Must have at least 8 years in the HR domain and at least 2-3 years in IT industry
  • Excellent communication and articulations skills and must have an analytical bent of mind
  • Must be aware of industry best practices
  • willingness to work as an Individual contributor.
