Manager - HR Operations

As an HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent HR service delivery and adherence to organizational policies across all operational locations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing labor-related matters such as workforce planning, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws - Maintaining healthy relationships with external labor suppliers and ensuring deployment efficiency - Monitoring statutory compliance including ESI, PF, gratuity, and contract labor laws - Fostering a positive workplace culture and conducting regular field visits and HR connect programs - Collaborating with operations and logistics teams to align workforce availability with demand cycles - Supporting training and performance monitoring of logistics/delivery associates from an HR perspective - Talent acquisition for operational and internal roles, coordinating with recruitment partners and hiring managers - Maintaining accurate HR data, generating insights, and presenting regular reports on attrition, attendance, and compliance Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 5-8 years of experience in HR operations, with proven experience in handling labor-intensive environments - Exposure to logistics, warehousing, recruitment, or delivery-based operations is a strong plus Additional Company Details: - Language: Hindi (Required) - Work Location: In person - Job Type: Full-time Please provide your present/last salary and your earliest availability to join if selected.,
