As a seasoned Senior HR Executive with 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, your role will involve overseeing end-to-end IT HR processes and office administration. You will play a crucial part in managing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring that HR processes align with compliance and company standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition - Day-to-day HR operations and administrative support - Managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues - Supporting performance appraisals and evaluation processes - Coordinating training, onboarding, and development activities - Ensuring adherence to labour laws and internal HR policies - HR data management, reporting, and strategic planning **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience in the IT industry (Internal Hiring) - Strong knowledge of MS Office and HR management tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion In addition to the above, the company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
