Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.

Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.

Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.

Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.

Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs.

3. Performance Management:

Support the performance appraisal process and provide feedback mechanisms.

Assist in setting performance goals and development plans for employees.

Track and analyze employee performance trends.

4. Payroll & Benefits Administration:

Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.

Administer employee benefits, leaves, and attendance records.

Maintain HR databases and records with accuracy.

5. Compliance & Policies:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Maintain and update HR policies as per legal and organizational changes.

Handle disciplinary procedures and terminations as per legal guidelines.

6. Training & Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate learning sessions.

Organize workshops and leadership development programs.

Promote continuous learning initiatives within the company.

7. HR Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain employee records, HR reports, and documentation.

Generate reports related to HR metrics, attrition, and workforce planning.

Ensure proper documentation of employment contracts and policy acknowledgments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

2-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.

Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office Suite.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
