Job Description

Key Responsibilities: HR Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, documentation, and exit formalities. Ensure consistent HR service delivery and adherence to organizational policies across all operational locations. Labor & Workforce Handling: Manage labor-related matters including workforce planning, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws. Maintain healthy relationships with external labor suppliers and ensure deployment efficiency. Monitor statutory compliance including ESI, PF, gratuity, and contract labor laws. Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture across diverse teams including frontline/logistics staff. Conduct regular field visits and HR connect programs to understand and address on-ground issues. Logistics Operations Support: Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to align workforce availability with demand cycles. Support training and performance monitoring of logistics/delivery associates from an HR perspective. Recruitment : Talent acquisition for operational and internal roles as needed. Coordinate with recruitment partners and hiring managers to ensure timely closures. Participate in mass hiring drives, job fairs, and sourcing initiatives when required. HR Analytics & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR data, generate insights, and present regular reports on attrition, attendance, and compliance. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 5–8 years in HR operations, with proven experience in handling labor-intensive environments. Preferred: Exposure to logistics, warehousing, recruitment, or delivery-based operations is a strong plus. Skills: Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance frameworks Hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll systems Excellent communication, conflict management, and team-handling skills Ability to thrive in high-pressure, field-intensive roles Work Conditions: Should be willing to travel between sites/warehouses within the territory. Flexibility to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Application Question(s): What is your present / Last salary?
