Job Description

As a dedicated professional, you will be responsible for various key areas within the organization: In the domain of Human Resources, your primary focus will involve formulating and executing HR strategies that closely align with the overarching business objectives. You will be entrusted with overseeing the complete recruitment process, encompassing tasks such as job postings, conducting interviews, facilitating onboarding sessions, and managing induction procedures. Additionally, your role will extend to handling all facets of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, promotions, and staff exits. It will be imperative for you to maintain strict adherence to labor laws and employment regulations while designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and industry best practices. Addressing employee grievances and cultivating a conducive work environment will also fall within your purview. Furthermore, you will be tasked with conducting training needs assessments, coordinating development programs, steering performance appraisal cycles, and spearheading talent management initiatives. Driving employee engagement, fostering a positive workplace culture, and implementing retention strategies will be crucial aspects of your role. In the realm of Administration, you will be required to supervise general administrative operations and office management functions. This will entail managing vendor relationships, overseeing contracts, and coordinating various facility services such as housekeeping, security, and maintenance. Your responsibilities will extend to monitoring the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring workplace safety, compliance, and streamlining administrative processes. Coordinating company events, meetings, travel arrangements, and logistical tasks will be central to your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining documentation, records, and confidential files in alignment with company standards. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master's/MBA degree would be advantageous). A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR and Administration roles, preferably within a mid to large-sized organization, is essential. A robust understanding of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements is a prerequisite. Demonstrated experience in leading a team and managing end-to-end HR and Administrative functions will be critical for success in this role. This position offers a full-time, permanent job type with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, with the added incentive of a yearly bonus. The work location is in person.
