Job Title: HR & Admin Manager (Hospital) Location: Vedansh Super Specialty Hospital & Heart Centre Department: HR & Administration Reports To: CEO / Deputy Medical Superintendent Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager with strong knowledge of hospital operations to lead the Human Resources and Administrative functions. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR processes, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and support smooth hospital operations through effective administration. Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Management Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and separations. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs as per hospital standards. Handle payroll coordination, attendance management, and leave administration. Oversea employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Labour Laws, etc.). Plan and conduct training programs, performance evaluations, and skill-development initiatives. Administrative Management Supervise overall hospital administration including housekeeping, security, front office, transport, and facility management. Ensure smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments. Monitor vendor management, procurement, and AMC/contract renewals. Maintain hospital infrastructure, safety standards, and operational efficiency. Support hospital accreditation activities (NABH/JCI), audits, and documentation. Hospital-Specific Responsibilities Understand hospital workflows, patient management processes, and support service functions. Coordinate with medical and nursing teams for staffing requirements. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licenses, and statutory approvals. Assist in emergency preparedness and hospital safety protocols. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment . Strong knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare compliance, and accreditation standards. Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team-management capabilities. Ability to multitask and manage hospital-based administrative challenges. Good knowledge of HRMS tools and MS Office. Problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills. Salary: As per industry standards. Joining: Immediate/As per notice period.
