As an HR Operations Manager, your role will involve ensuring consistent HR service delivery and adherence to organizational policies across all operational locations. You will be responsible for managing labor-related matters such as workforce planning, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws. Additionally, you will need to maintain healthy relationships with external labor suppliers and ensure deployment efficiency. Monitoring statutory compliance including ESI, PF, gratuity, and contract labor laws will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Your role will also involve fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture across diverse teams, including frontline/logistics staff. Collaborating with operations and logistics teams to align workforce availability with demand cycles and supporting training and performance monitoring of logistics/delivery associates from an HR perspective will be crucial. In terms of recruitment, you will oversee talent acquisition for operational and internal roles as needed. Participation in mass hiring drives, job fairs, and sourcing initiatives when required will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience Required: - 3-5 years in a senior role. Preferred: - Exposure to logistics, warehousing, recruitment, or delivery-based operations is a strong plus. Please note that this is a full-time position.
