Job Description

As a Human Resources Administrator, your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, such as contracts, leave requests, and personal information. - Supporting recruitment activities by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires. - Handling employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures. - Assisting in organizing training programs, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies by monitoring and implementing regulations. - Managing general office administration tasks, including overseeing office supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts. - Providing logistical support for events, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as required.
