The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury branding, consumer engagement, and retail marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, attract customers, and drive showroom and online sales. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the jewellery and luxury retail segment. Strengthen brand identity across all platforms — in-store, print, digital, and social media. Oversee digital marketing activities including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer partnerships, and content creation. Develop seasonal promotions, product launches, and event marketing strategies to increase footfall and sales. Work closely with showroom teams to ensure alignment on promotions, visual merchandising, and customer engagement. Analyze consumer trends, competitor strategies, and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts. Manage relationships with PR agencies, media, stylists, influencers, and event partners. Supervise photo shoots, ad creatives, and storytelling that highlight craftsmanship and product appeal. Track marketing ROI and present monthly performance reports to leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role — preferably in the jewellery, luxury, or fashion retail sector. Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and brand storytelling. Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and social media trends. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. A creative mindset with attention to aesthetics and brand tone. Preferred Skills: Experience with jewellery e-commerce and omnichannel marketing Network of relevant media, influencers, and event contacts Knowledge of regional festivals and cultural buying behavior Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Manager, or Shopify, business API, IVR System, Wordpress.
