Job Title: Floor Manager – Jewellery Showroom

Location: Chirawa / Neem Ka Thana

Department: Sales & Operations

Reporting To: Store Manager / Director

Job Summary:

The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily sales floor operations, ensuring high levels of customer service, managing sales staff performance, and maintaining the visual and operational standards of the jewellery showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Service
• Drive daily sales targets and upselling strategies.
• Greet and assist customers, ensuring an excellent in-store experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally.
• Staff Management
• Supervise, motivate, and train showroom staff on sales and product knowledge.
• Create daily work schedules and assign duties.
• Monitor staff discipline, punctuality, and grooming.
• Inventory & Stock Management
• Ensure proper handling, safety, and display of jewellery items.
• Coordinate with inventory team for stock checks and replenishment.
• Monitor stock movement and prevent loss or pilferage.
• Visual Merchandising
• Ensure the floor and displays are clean, attractive, and well-arranged.
• Coordinate with visual merchandisers for new collection arrangements.
• Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare daily sales reports and staff performance updates.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, security, and operational standards.
• Support audits and compliance activities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Retail Management preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail/showroom management, preferably in the jewellery or luxury retail industry
• Proficiency in POS and billing systems

Working Hours:

9:30 AM – 8:30 PM (7 days a week)
(Weekends and festival days are mandatory working days)

Compensation:

As per industry standards + Incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
