Job Description

Supervise & Schedule: Manage daily staff activities, create rotas, assign tasks, and ensure adequate floor coverage.
Train & Develop: Onboard new hires, provide ongoing product knowledge training (fabrics, styles), and coach sales techniques.
Motivate: Drive the team to meet sales targets and maintain high service standards.
Performance: Conduct reviews, give feedback, and address discipline issues.
Drive Sales: Implement strategies to meet/exceed sales goals and KPIs.
Customer Service: Ensure staff provide excellent service, handle escalated complaints, and resolve queries.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure textiles are displayed attractively, highlighting promotions and seasonal items.
Day-to-Day: Oversee smooth daily operations, from opening to closing.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock, manage replenishment, organize stock rotation, and handle stock audits.
Store Standards: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
Sales Analysis: Analyze sales figures and forecast future needs.
Reporting: Provide reports on performance, inventory, and staff to upper management.
Improve Processes: Identify and implement ways to enhance efficiency and customer experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
