Floor Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Experience Required: 37 years in Retail (Jewellery/Luxury Retail preferred)

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee daily store operations in a premium jewelry retail environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and hands-on experience in managing retail floor activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store

• Maintain high standards of customer service, hospitality, and store presentation

• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

• Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations professionally

• Ensure proper product display, stock management, and visual merchandising

• Coordinate with the Store Manager and internal teams for operational requirements

• Oversee billing processes, sales transactions, and inventory flow

• Conduct regular team training and performance evaluations

• Maintain store discipline, grooming standards, and operational compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail; jewelry or luxury retail experience preferred

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-handling skills

• Ability to manage a fast-paced retail environment

• Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving ability

• Good understanding of sales, store operations, and team coordination

• Professional, well-groomed, and presentable appearance
