1. Lead and manage a team of 30+ sales professionals in a high-volume luxury retail setting.
2. Oversee all store operations, sales performance, inventory control, and customer experience.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for stock management, billing, and showroom maintenance.
4. Uphold brand standards in visual merchandising and ensure adherence to all SOPs.
5. Drive sales, customer engagement, and team motivation through service excellence.
6. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets and store profitability.
1. Minimum 3+ years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role within a large-format luxury or jewellery store.
2. Proven track record of team leadership and experience managing large inventory volumes.
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
4. Willingness to relocate to Noida immediately for pre-launch training.
