About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager to join our esteemed jewelry retail store in Mumbai (Latur). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing retail operations, excellent customer service skills, and a strong background in the jewelry industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily floor operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Lead, train, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.

Build strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Monitor inventory, ensure accurate stock management, and coordinate with the store manager for timely replenishment.

Maintain store visual merchandising standards and ensure the display is attractive to customers.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer trust.

Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the jewelry industry.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer knowledge.

A customer-focused attitude with a flair for sales and problem-solving.
