Floor Manager

As an Assistant Manager in the Medical Administration department, your role will involve ensuring the smooth functioning and coordination of inpatient services. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Maintaining proper discipline among staff in the wards/floors - Checking noise levels and ensuring a conducive environment - Ensuring the availability of doctors and promptly responding to nursing calls - Monitoring staff behavior and attitude for optimal patient care You will also be responsible for handling duties related to the Hospital Information System, such as: - Ensuring accurate recording of new admissions - Completing discharges on time in the system - Resolving issues related to bed management - Providing refresher trainings to nurses, doctors, and ward secretaries Patient care is a priority, and you will be expected to: - Address patient problems and provide information in response to queries - Ensure completeness of medical record files - Supervise ward secretaries and coordinate ward unit performance Managing security, supplies, GDA, housekeeping, and F&B issues will be crucial. Your tasks will include: - Ensuring general cleanliness and good appearance of wards - Tracking the movement of GDAs on the floors - Analyzing and streamlining processes in the wards You will provide daily reports to the Medical Superintendent, offer feedback evaluation, and suggestions for improvement. Additionally, you may be assigned other duties as needed. This full-time, permanent position requires in-person work at the designated location during day shift hours.,
