Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and schedule store staff to meet sales and service goals Drive sales, manage KPIs, and ensure daily/weekly targets are met Maintain excellent customer service and handle escalations Oversee visual merchandising, stock levels, and inventory control Ensure store security procedures and loss prevention standards Manage opening/closing, cash handling, and daily reporting Maintain store cleanliness and brand presentation Build local client relationships and support marketing activities Requirements: 5+ years of retail management experience (jewellery or luxury retail preferred) Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Proven track record meeting sales targets and KPIs Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery care is a plus Comfortable with POS systems and basic MS Office/Google Suite High attention to detail, integrity, and professional presentation Availability on weekends/holidays as needed
