Floor Manager

As a Staff Supervisor at Holistic Foods, a company dedicated to revolutionizing food preservation through advanced freeze drying technology, your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing and assigning daily factory operations, including freeze-drying, packaging, and material handling. - Managing and guiding employees to ensure tasks are completed on time. - Maintaining proper documentation of production logs, work hours, materials used, and stock movement. - Demonstrating maturity and professionalism to maintain a respectful and distraction-free environment. - Ensuring hygiene, safety, and compliance standards are maintained across the facility. - Coordinating with other departments to streamline workflow and stock management. - Taking ownership of the shift's performance and reporting issues to management. Your standard work shift will be 10 hours per day. Occasionally, you may be required to wait or stay an additional 30 to 60 minutes, depending on work completion or machine cycles. These short extensions are not counted as overtime. The ideal candidate for this role will possess high levels of ownership, punctuality, responsibility, and emotional intelligence in managing people and work.
