Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil) Experience: 18 –25 years in real estate, especially in group housing and high-rise building projects. Candidates with 6–10 years of experience at L&T will be given preference . Experience working with or under Project Management Consultancies (PMCs) will be an added advantage. Must possess in-depth knowledge of high-rise construction processes including structural works, finishes, and site development. Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously , applying efficient construction practices and systems. Proficient in developing robust project control mechanisms and reporting systems . Well-versed in material testing procedures (raw materials, concrete, etc.). Knowledge of aluminium shuttering , tower crane operations , and other modern construction technologies. Strong network of reliable contractors and technical staff . A proactive, smart team leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
