Job Description

Administrative Support: Maintaining employee files, updating databases, and handling HR-related paperwork.

Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting with job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and new hire orientations.

Payroll and Benefits: Supporting payroll processing and assisting with employee benefits administration.

Employee Relations: Helping with employee inquiries, resolving basic HR issues, and assisting with company events.

Policy Implementation: Assisting with the implementation and communication of HR policies.

Data Entry and Analysis: Maintaining and updating employee data in HR systems, potentially assisting with basic data analysis.

Other duties as assigned: The specific tasks may vary depending on the organization and its need

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
