Key Responsibilities: Building and Managing a Team: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of insurance agents to achieve sales goals. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans and strategies, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, providing ongoing support and guidance. Performance Management: Monitor sales metrics, provide feedback, and coach agents to improve performance and achieve targets. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Product Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with insurance products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to agents and clients.
