Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:Identifying potential buyers and sellers, building a strong client base, and converting leads into sales.
• Property Presentation and Sales:Conducting property viewings, showcasing features and benefits, and highlighting the value proposition to potential buyers.
• Negotiation and Closing:Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers, working towards mutually agreeable terms, and finalizing sales agreements.
• Market Research and Analysis:Staying updated on local real estate trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
• Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and addressing their needs and concerns.
• Sales Strategy and Execution:Developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and contributing to the overall sales objectives of the organization.
• Documentation and Transactions:Preparing and processing necessary paperwork, coordinating with legal and financial teams, and ensuring smooth transactions.
• Meeting Sales Targets:Achieving individual and team sales goals, contributing to revenue generation, and maximizing profitability.
