HR & Admin Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee human resources and administrative operations for our Calicut office. The role will support business growth by ensuring effective HR practices, compliance, employee engagement, and smooth day-to-day administration in line with European corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company strategy
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and induction
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leaves, and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
  • Support training, development, and succession planning initiatives

Administration

  • Manage office administration, facilities, vendors, and service providers
  • Oversee contracts, documentation, and employee records
  • Ensure efficient office operations, health & safety, and workplace standards
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics as required
  • Liaise with external consultants, government authorities, and auditors

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare HR and admin reports for management
  • Act as a key point of contact between the Calicut office and European headquarters
  • Support management with HR analytics and workforce planning

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in design, construction, or project-based environments
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
