Purpose of Role

Preparation and maintenance of Monthly Standalone & consolidated financial statements for the organization including its subsidiaries.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

1. Preparation and maintenance of Monthly Standalone & consolidated financial statements for the organization including its subsidiaries
2. Managing large capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects. 3. Develop and maintain system for prompt and timely maintenance of financial and accounting information incorporating changes on account of latest developments in accounting standards 4. Preparation of standalone/Consolidated accounts after incorporating 30-40 subsidiaries (including some foreign subsidiaries) every quarter and complying with requirements of: a. Listing Obligations (earlier Clause 41 of the listing agreements) with stock exchanges b. Companies Act (Including Schedule III) c. Ind AS/Accounting Standards/other IGAAP 5. Liaison with actuary/units for actuarial valuation of employee benefits e.g. Gratuity, EL, ML and LSA 6. Compliance with MSME Act 7. Monthly analysis of trial balance and P&L variations for different businesses across the organization. 8. Close Coordination with Statutory auditors to ensure timely closing of audit and resolve audit observations 9. Monitor posting of INDAS adjustment in SAP on monthly basis 10. Accounting Policy Formulation. Well versed with INDAS and ensuring Caro Compliance 11. Prepare quarterly board deck along with detailed variance analysis 12. Cross functional coordination on regular requirements. 13. Hands on experience of SAP accounting software.
