Manager - Financial Reporting

Ficial Reporting

• Prepare and analyze ficial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure ficial reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with relevant accounting standards (e. g. , IFRS or GAAP).
• Present ficial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

Ficial Statements consolidation

• Manage the consolidation of ficial data from various business units, subsidiaries, and joint ventures.
• Implement and maintain consolidation systems and processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and eliminate any discrepancies.
• Analyze ficial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators.
• Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Audit Coordination

• Lead, support and manage external audits conducted by independent auditors.
• Ensure propoer documentation during the audit process. Address audit findings, prepare plan to mitigate risks identified and implement corrective actions to strengthen ficial controls and reporting.

Ficial Analysis

• Conduct in-depth ficial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all applicable ficial regulations and reporting requirements in the renewable energy industry.
• Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry-specific regulations and adapt reporting processes accordingly.

Process Improvement

• Continuously assess and improve ficial reporting and consolidation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement best practices and automation tools to streamline reporting procedures.
• Work with the team on automation of ficial systems

Forecasting and Budgeting

• Assist in the development of ficial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term ficial plans.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather input and provide guidance on budget adherence.
