Oversee timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures.
Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in line with IND-AS/IFRS.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the general ledger and sub-ledgers.

Audit Management

Lead statutory and internal audits, liaising with external and internal auditors.
Implement corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
Prior experience with Big 6 audit firms will be an added advantage.

Compliance & Regulatory

Ensure adherence to statutory requirements under Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other applicable laws.
Prepare and file all necessary returns, financial statements, and regulatory submissions.

Internal Controls & Process Excellence

Design, implement, and monitor internal controls for financial reporting and closure.
Identify process gaps and drive standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards.
Gain a deep understanding of production and costing processes to enhance ERP and financial systems.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Support the CFO in annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to strengthen cost management and performance.

Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop the finance team across accounting, payables, receivables, and taxation.
Promote a culture of accuracy, discipline, and continuous Professional Qualification: CA / CPA / CMA.
7-12 years of progressive experience in financial accounting, reporting, and audits within manufacturing organizations.
Strong exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) preferred.

Preferred Background

Experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, or engineering-driven industry.
Hands-on experience with inventory accounting, costing, and ERP management.
Handling Big 6 Auditors
