Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Closures: Oversee timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of legal documents, including customer and vendor agreements. Knowledge of space law and statutory compliance is a strong advantage. This role will also involve handling due diligence, ensuring legal compliance, and assisting with secretarial activities. Draft and vet vendor agreements, including those related to procurement, logistics, and services. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs with external stakeholders. Space Law Expertise Understand and interpret space laws, working closely with space authorities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
