Manager - Finance & Accounts

Role description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in FP&A / MIS. 
To support the company's financial planning and analysis efforts by providing accurate and insightful financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders at various levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial 
plans.• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.• Conduct variance analysis to evaluate actual performance against budget and forecast.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, understand business drivers, and develop accurate forecasts.• Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key financial insights and recommendations.• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making processes.• Responsible for analysis of Competitors’ Annual reports, Quarterly presentations, Balance sheet, Profit and loss statements, and preparing peer analysis with insights.• Responsible for preparation of Monthly MIS, Dashboards at the Product and Channel level• Responsible for New Project evaluation by working with various stakeholders to build a project proposal and its financial evaluation.• Responsible for monitoring the costs and preparing monthly cost reports.• Assist in the development and enhancement/automation of financial planning and analysis tools, processes, and systems.• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
