About the Job Role Description As a Relationship Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for driving initiatives and generating revenue for the assigned channel by ensuring maximum market share for Axis Mutual Fund schemes from Banks. Key Responsibilities : • Timely communication and updates to the channel partner to maximize revenue. • Ensure timely coverage of all existing assigned relationships, resulting in effective communication about Axis Mutual Fund, its schemes, and other aspects. • Provide training to channel partners on different Mutual Fund (MF) products. ⸻ Educational Qualification & Experience • Graduate/Post Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Mutual Funds. • NISM V A & XXI-A Certification is mandatory. ⸻ Personal Attributes • Understanding of Equity/Debt and other various schemes into mutual funds. • Good knowledge of the mutual fund regulatory environment. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Good business acumen and focus on achieving results and assigned targets. • Should be diligent and open to extensive local and outstation travel as required. • Sound understanding of products and key business parameters. ⸻ Company Description Axis Mutual Fund, officially known as Axis Asset Management Company Ltd., is one of India’s leading mutual fund houses.
