Role Description

As a full-time Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting and serving our customers. Based on-site in Jabalpur, your key responsibilities will include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored housing finance solutions. You will establish and maintain strong customer relationships, guide clients through the loan application process, and ensure efficient and prompt service delivery. In this role, you will collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth loan disbursement and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Effective sales and customer relationship management skills
• Analytical skills to assess customer requirements and financial portfolios
• Basic understanding of housing finance products and financial processes
• Problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset
• Willingness to work on-site in Jabalpur and engage actively with the local community
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in sales or the financial services industry is a plus
