Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in North Goa. The Relationship Manager will handle customer portfolios, build strong client relationships, and identify growth opportunities for the bank. They will be responsible for understanding customer financial needs, providing personalized banking solutions, and cross-selling financial products. Additional responsibilities include managing customer queries, maintaining service quality standards, and supporting the achievement of branch financial targets.

• Knowledge of banking compliance and operations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
