Relationship Manager

Greetings from Arbit Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. (Maruti Suzuki Dealership)

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager (Field Sales) to join our automobile dealership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers through field visits, referrals, and cold calling.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets by converting leads into successful vehicle sales.
• Provide detailed product information to customers and assist in vehicle selection.
• Maintain strong follow-up with prospective clients to ensure maximum conversion.
• Build and maintain healthy customer relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for financing, vehicle registration, and delivery.
• Maintain and update daily sales reports and customer databases.
• Participate in local promotional events or campaigns to boost brand presence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automobile sales or field sales (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with a go-getter attitude.
• Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
• Knowledge of the local market (Khalilabad/Deoria) is a plus.

Minimum qualification: Graduation(Any)
