Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gwalior for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, assessing loan eligibility based on the client's total family income and business/trade, and providing doorstep services. Daily tasks will include guiding customers through loan applications, understanding their specific needs, processing loans quickly, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer relationship management and client servicing skills
• Experience in financial assessments and loan processing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage client portfolios
• Knowledge of the housing finance sector and experience with low and middle-income segments is advantageous
• Proficiency in local language(s) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred
