Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Head located in Indore. The Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing branch staff, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties include developing business strategies, monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and building relationships with customers and stakeholders. The Branch Head will also be tasked with problem-solving, team building, and overseeing loan disbursement processes.

• Understanding of financial products and services, especially in housing finance
• Ability to develop business strategies and monitor financial performance
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the finance or housing sector is a plus
