About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head to lead and manage the overall operations of our Kannur branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing branch operations, and ensuring successful execution of solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations & Leadership

• Manage complete branch operations including sales, operations, service, and administration
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of sales and technical teams
• Ensure achievement of branch revenue and profitability targets

Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales growth through residential, commercial, and institutional solar projects
• Develop and execute district-level sales strategies
• Build strong relationships with customers, EPC partners, and channel partners
• Handle key customer negotiations and closures

Project & Operations Management

• Oversee solar project execution, installation, and commissioning
• Ensure compliance with MNRE, KSEB, and Jansamarth procedures
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams for timely project delivery
• Monitor subsidy applications, net metering, and approvals

Reporting & Compliance

• Monitor branch MIS, expenses, and performance reports
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality norms
• Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Engineering, or Business Management
• Experience: Minimum 6–10 years in solar or renewable energy industry
• Strong leadership, team handling, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities
• In-depth knowledge of solar EPC, MNRE subsidy process, and KSEB procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple functions
