Job Profile-Branch Head

Location-Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Revenue Growth

Drive branch-level sales for
CASA (Current Account & Savings Account)
, retail loans
Achieve targets for deposits, advances, and cross-selling of third-party products (insurance, mutual funds, etc.).

CASA Acquisition

Implement strategies to increase CASA balances and acquire new high-value accounts.
Build relationships with HNI clients and local businesses for CASA growth.

Customer Relationship Management

Ensure superior customer service and retention.
Resolve escalated customer issues promptly.

Operational Excellence

Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring efficiency and compliance.
